Overview
At Venture Conclave by ThinkSuite, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for event registrations.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] along with your booking reference number.
Cancellation by Attendee
- More than 30 days before the event: 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges of 2%)
- 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund of the ticket amount
- 7–14 days before the event: 25% refund of the ticket amount
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund. However, ticket transfer to another person is allowed
- No-show on event day: No refund under any circumstances
Ticket Transfer
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible person at no extra charge, provided:
- Transfer request is made at least 48 hours before the event
- The new attendee meets the event participation criteria
- Transfer request is emailed to [email protected] with both parties' details
Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that Venture Conclave is cancelled or postponed by the organizers:
- Event Cancellation: 100% full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Event Postponement: Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, a full refund will be provided upon request
- Venue Change: No refund entitlement, but additional travel support may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Razorpay) and typically reflect in your account within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Wallets: 1–3 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Payment gateway transaction fees
- Convenience charges (if applicable)
- Merchandise or add-on items (unless defective)
