Your Right to Delete

ThinkSuite respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to have your registration data and personal information removed from our systems, you may submit a deletion request at any time.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a successful deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your full name, email address, and phone number
• Company name, website, and startup stage information
• Registration and booking history
• Payment reference IDs linked to your profile
• Any additional attendee details you submitted

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes even after a deletion request:

• Transaction records (required for financial and tax compliance — retained for 7 years as per Indian law)
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you personally
• Data required for ongoing legal proceedings, if any

How to Request Deletion

To submit a data deletion request, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Include your full name and registered email address
• Include your booking reference number (if available)
• We will verify your identity and confirm the request within 48 hours
• Deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification

Impact on Event Access

Please note that deleting your data will result in:

• Loss of access to your digital event pass
• Inability to use your booking reference at the event
• No refund eligibility post-deletion

We strongly recommend completing deletion requests only after the event has concluded, or if you do not intend to attend.

Response Timeline

We are committed to processing deletion requests promptly. You will receive acknowledgement within 2 business days and confirmation of deletion within 30 days. If you do not hear back within this period, please follow up at [email protected].
